About

FULL OF ALIVENESS is my orientation to life, my North star for how I want to feel every day.

YOGA

I began practicing yoga with my parents as a young teen and have enjoyed a regular practice for almost 30 years now. I fell in love with yoga my very first class - I felt calm, clear and relaxed for the first time in a long time. My love for yoga deepened as I began to consistently experience the profound benefits of the practice including increased self-awareness, self-compassion, strength, flexibility, and deeper connection to self. Yoga has been vital in helping me manage a chronic autoimmune condition.

I encourage each person to listen to their body and find the practice that is most nourishing for them on any given day.

REIKI

I began learning and offering Reiki more recently, in 2023. I quickly found an affinity for feeling and following patterns of energy in the body and helping that energy to soften and move.

I am honored to offer this supportive service.

PERSONAL LIFE

I work full time as a registered nurse, since 2009. Being able to teach yoga and practice Reiki are wonderful complements to nursing, and Iā€™m grateful to have found a way to balance these offerings and serve my community in multiple ways.

In my off time I enjoy dancing, hiking and backpacking, bird watching, paddle boarding, gardening, reading, painting and Lego.
